saba, the car parks subsidiary of the
abertis group, is the leading car parks operator in Spain and one of the
largest in Europe.
It is present in more than 70 towns and
cities in Spain, Italy, Chile, Portugal, Morocco and Andorra. It has
104,103 car parking spaces in 179 car parks in Spain, Italy, Chile,
Portugal, Morocco and Andorra. The company is engaged in new projects
that will extend its number of car parks to 198 and the number of spaces
managed to 125,000.
In 2007, saba was
awarded the construction and management of a car parking complex in
Rome. The car park will be built in the Villa Borghese Park car park and
will be managed by saba. The project will involve an
investment of €92.5 million, the largest operation undertaken by
saba to date.
